-
- Question: Is it safe to use my credit card?
- Answer: Yes. To safeguard your credit card information, we use SSL (Secure Socket Layers), the most advanced online security system available for processing online credit card transactions. SSL encrypts all ordering information so that no part of your order, including your name, address and credit card number, can be read in transit by a third party. As a result, your credit card number is safer when you order online through SSL than when you make a credit card purchase in a restaurant or at a physical store location.

- Answer: A blog is basically a journal that is available on the web. The activity of updating a blog is "blogging" and someone who keeps a blog is a "blogger." The Blogs here on Madonna.com are a place where members of Madonna.com can share their images and journals with fellow members and the rest of the Internet world.

- Question: Can I have Madonna's email address?
- Answer: All correspondence with Madonna, whether from the staff members, artists, friends, acquaintances or fans, are handled through her personal assistants due to the volume of mail she receives. Meet and Greet questions
-
- Question: How many meet and greet passes are available for each show?
- Answer: For non-headling shows we have 10 passes. This amount is subject to change based on scheduling and availability. Winners will receive one meet and greet pass.
-
- Question: If I win a meet and greet, can I get an autograph?
- Answer: If time allows the band would be happy to sign an item for you.
-
- Question: If I win a meet and greet, can I bring a camera?
- Answer: Yes. However in some rare cases there may be restrictions on cameras. If this is the case we will let the winners know before the show.
-
- Question: How many times can I enter the meet and greet contest?
- Answer: Each Gold member can enter the meet and greet contest only ONE time so please select your show wisely. In some cases, if another leg of the tour is announced you will be able to enter again for another meet and greet chance.
-
- Question: I was automatically entered into the meet and greet contest when I bought my presale tickets. Do I need to enter again with the new system?
- Answer: No. If you participated in a presale where you were automatically entered into the meet and greet contest you do not need to fill out the form again. You should have received a confirmation notice letting you know that your name was submitted to the contest. Please note: The automatic entry into the contest was for members who bought presale tickets for the shows within the 9/27 - 11/02 date ranges. For the remaining shows that start on 11/03, all members will need to fill out the meet and greet form regardless if they bought presale tickets or not.
-
- Question: How many meet and greet passes do the winners get?
- Answer: Due to space limitations we can only provide ONE meet and greet pass per winner.
-
- Question: When will the meet and greet winners be notified?
- Answer: Winners will be notified approximately 5-7 days before the show. The cut off for accepted entries is one week before the event.
-
- Question: I'm unsure if my meet and greet submission went through, is there a way to check?
- Answer: Yes. If you would like to double check to see if your entry was submitted, log into the meet and greet form again and fill out your entry. Once you summit the data you will receive the following message if you already entered the contest: "Sorry USERNAME, but you have already entered this contest. Entrants are allowed only one submission. Thank you for participating." Otherwise you will receive a message saying: "Congratulations! Your entry has been successfully submitted." Which means that you have processed your meet and greet successfully at that time.
-
- Question: If I win a meet and greet, does it include tickets to the show?
- Answer: If you win a meet and greet, please note that it DOES NOT include concert tickets. You must have a ticket to participate. Without a ticket you won't be able to get into the venue to attend the Meet and Greet. You may not sell or trade any tickets or passes bought or won or otherwise acquired through a fan club presale, contest or sweepstake.
-
- Question: How are winners notified if they won meet and greet passes?
- Answer: In most cases we will call each winner and later send the winners an email that will include the meet and greet details for each show. Please note that we will be sending these confirmation emails from the following email address: contests@littlebigtown.com It's recommended that you add this address to your email contact list! We know that sometimes emails from unknown addresses go to spam folders - we want to make sure that our emails to you don't go into the trash! If you add this email address to your 'safe senders' list, or your own contact list, then the emails from this address should go into your INBOX and not into your JUNK or SPAM folders. Good luck!
-
- Question: How do I know if I successfully entered the meet and greet contest?
- Answer: Once the entry form is submitted, you will see a Success Message on the screen that reads "Congratulations! Your entry has been successfully submitted." If your entry is NOT successfully submitted, the message will be "Oops. Sorry, you're membership level does not allow entry into this contest."
-
- Question: If I win a meet and greet, how does it work?
- Answer: If you are selected as a winner here is what to expect: We will first call or email you letting you know that you are a winner. Once confirmed, we will send you an email with specific instructions on how how to pick up your meet and greet pass. The venue box office will have the details on when and where the meet and greet will take place. It usually takes place before the show.

Messageboards
-
- Question: What Guidelines do I need to obide by when using the Madonna.com Message Boards?
- Answer: Madonna, along with the staff of Madonna.com kindly ask that you review and abide by the following guidelines required of all members and guests of Madonna.com.
1. The site exists for the purpose of providing a safe place for people from all walks of life to gather for sharing information, encouragement and discussion. The spirit of this community should unmistakably reflect the love and grace represented through the music and the message represented on Madonna.com. The site maintains the right to make sure message board and chat room activity is in keeping with that spirit. We have a great responsibility to extend acceptance and respect to EVERYONE who logs on to Madonna.com.
2. Discussion in all forms is welcome as long as it is presented in an objective and fair manner. Name-calling or attempts to degrade or tear down individuals will not be tolerated. Negative opinions may be expressed but should never degrade individuals. Criticism of a person instead of their art, opinions or actions is not considered acceptable use of public forums within Madonna.com. Constructive criticism of art (music, writing, etc.) is welcome and encouraged, but judgments or assertions about a person's heart, motives, or spirituality will not be tolerated.
3. The following topics will not be discussed and posts or topics will be deleted if they contain these topics as soon as possible:
* Rumor, gossip or innuendos
* Political or doctrinal soapboxes
* Personal attacks on the artists, staff or members of Madonna.com
4. Topic Closing - Madonna.com may close a thread in the following circumstances:
* Bashing or degrading conversations: when a topic becomes mean-spirited or a discussion loses all objectivity and dissolves into hurling insults or making personal attacks.
* 2-Way Conversations: when it obvious that only two people are involved in a conversation. Good rule of thumb: if it is something that could easily be taken to PM or email and not missed by other readers, then it's a 2-way conversation.
* When the items mentioned #3 are present.
5. Post Editing: Madonna.com reserves the right to edit and/or remove posts that meet the criteria outlined above.
6. Member Banning: It is not the desire of Madonna.com to ban anyone from the use of these forums, however, certain behavior that is inappropriate cannot be accepted to create the supportive community that was intended when this site was first conceived. There are many different news readers available, many are free. Most news readers are applications that you download and install. The software will then automatically retrieve and display that site's latest information
